Level of Care
ROUTINE CARE
Care is delivered at the patient's place of residence through scheduled visits to maintain comfort.
RESPITE CARE
Short-term inpatient care is provided at a Medicare-certified facility for up to 5 days to give caregivers a break.
CONTINUOUS CARE
Round-the-clock care is administered to address short-term crises related to pain, shortness of breath, anxiety, or other distressing conditions.
IN-PATIENT CARE
Arrangements are made to provide 24-hour nursing care at a facility rather than at home.
